1. Program Description

UniLocal Assistant is a text messaging service from Unilocal Digital Marketing Solutions LLC (UniLocal Marketing). Business clients receive account notifications, approval requests for Google Business Profile posts and review replies, and weekly performance reports, and can text photos and questions to the UniLocal Assistant number. On behalf of our clients, we also send one-time review request messages to the client's customers, with no more than one reminder.

2. How You Opt In

Clients: by agreeing to the UniLocal Marketing service agreement, which includes consent to receive text messages, and by texting the UniLocal Assistant number.

Customers of our clients: by agreeing to receive a review request text through the business's job contract, invoice or similar agreement.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL or ALTO at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
