Client Spotlight: How We Built California New Business Bureau’s Website for All 50 States

California New Business Bureau website built by UniLocal Marketing

Business-filing services have a trust problem. Someone handing over the paperwork for their new LLC wants to know a real person is on the other end, and Google wants to know what the business actually is. When California New Business Bureau came to us, the goal was a website that answered both questions. This is a client spotlight on how we built it.

Who they are

California New Business Bureau (CNBB) is a business-filing office in Santa Ana, California, run by Christian Vasquez. The team helps owners form LLCs and corporations, file DBAs, get an EIN, and handle licenses, permits and trademark filings. They work with owners all over the country, and they also see clients in person at their Santa Ana office, in English and Spanish.

The starting point

Their previous website was no longer live, so there was nothing for a customer, or Google, to find. We rebuilt it from scratch and put it on fast, simple hosting that is easy to keep updated.

What we built

  • One page per service. LLC formation, DBA filing, incorporation, business licenses and permits, trademark filing and registered agent each get their own page, written for the person searching for that exact need. See the LLC formation page and the DBA filing page.
  • National first, local second. CNBB files in all 50 states, so the home page and service pages say so, and a California-specific section on each service page covers the California details. The site is also plain about what is California-only: the registered agent service.
  • Local pages for Orange County and Los Angeles. There are 16 city pages, each with its own details, including the correct county office for that city, instead of the same text with the city name swapped.
  • Spanish pages. The Spanish version of the site covers the home page and the main services, because many of the owners CNBB serves prefer to read in Spanish.
  • A real person up front. Christian’s photo, his name and the Google review rating sit at the top of the quote form, and two interview videos on choosing a business structure are on the home page.
  • Clear disclaimers. Every page says CNBB is not a government agency, not a law firm and not affiliated with the California Secretary of State. That is honest, and it matters for how Google and customers read a filing service.

What we left out on purpose

The site shows CNBB’s Google rating (4.9 stars from 152 reviews at the time we built it), but we did not mark it up as review structured data. Google’s guidelines restrict marking up ratings that are copied from another platform, and a manual action is not worth the risk.

What happens next

The site has only been live since September 2026, so we are not claiming rankings yet. Once there are real results worth reporting, we will add them here. If you run a service business and want a site built the same way, see our local SEO service or get in touch.
